Miss the Taking the Lane blog? Join me on Patreon

It’s been a while since I blogged here. Or anywhere. I miss it a bit, and some of you have let me know that you’d prefer I start up again.

Well, I’m going to give it a try. But not here, for now—instead I’ll be posting a couple times a week on my Patreon page. Patreon is a sort of cross between a blog, a tip jar, and a low key ongoing Kickstarter project. You can pledge $2 or $5 or $10 bucks per month (and change your pledge as often as you want). Every time I post, you’ll get an email, and you can choose whether or not to click through and read the whole thing and engage with it.

If you join the Patreon, you’ll also get to read stuff that I’ll probably never release publicly, like drafts of stories, unpolished essays about topics that may not even include bicycling (but probably will), and excerpts from books by other people that I’m publishing. When I’ve got new things to share, I’ll put them there first. I’ll also be asking patrons for feedback, ideas, books to read, and topics to write about.

So pop over there, take a look around, and consider supporting and connecting with my work that way.

Thank you!
